Meet Visi, the heart and soul of Doci Visi. With over 20 years serving our community, he brings a unique blend of heritage and passion to the kitchen.

Born into an Albanian family where food was always a celebration, Visi grew up surrounded by rich traditions and bold flavours. Today, he channels that love for authentic, homemade cooking into delivering delicious Italian cuisine — from fresh stone-baked pizzas and classic linguine Frutti di Mare to mouthwatering seafood dishes made with the freshest ingredients.

At Doci Visi, you’ll taste the warmth of family, the craft of years of experience, and the joy of sharing great food with great people. When not curating your next meal Visi enjoys connecting with guests and dreaming up new ways to bring a little Italy to your plate.
